What You’ll Do in a Telehealth BCBA Role
(Once a role opens)
- Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct telehealth ABA services
- Train and supervise RBTs remotely
- Collaborate with families and teams in virtual settings
- Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care

What We Look For
- BCBA certification – Required
- NC LBA (or eligibility before start) – Required
- Must reside in North Carolina
- 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred
- Experience with telehealth or willingness to be trained
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
